Hi, I'm Victor AKA (Fit Vic)

I'm a London-based Fitness Expert, Personal Trainer, Body Builder, Nutritional Therapist and Life Coach.
With more than 12 years in the fitness industry. One thing I learn is you can never know enough.
I Love the way the human body is forever developing through hard work and dedication, it never seeks to amaze me just what a person is capable of and with the right help and guidance you can achieve almost anything you put your mind to
