Group Training bridges the gap between classes and personal training. By encouraging a few friends who want to get fit you can start your own training session. The whole group can cover the cost of a high quality session with a personal trainer. This gives you a cost effective way of achieving the best results 

These sessions focus on full body strength training using a variety of equipment and exercises. By using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls and body weight, you will have a training session that helps build strength while improving balance, posture, flexibility and core strength. There will be brief bursts of cardio to get your heart rate up. You will leave feeling more lean, happier, and closer to your goals!
